An original Olga from Olga’s. With curly fries and a salad and maybe some snackers. The Olga’s at Eastland Mall 😉

100% has to be the Olga's at Eastland Mall (never mind that it no longer exists, RIP). Spent SO MUCH TIME there after being dragged to Gantos by my mother!

Sign me up! Is this strictly a NC thing?

I think it's a Southern thing in general. But that place is local - in an old gas station lol.

My dad introdced me to most of these <3 I never knew bumpy cakes ahd Chicago roots?! Two recommendations from the state across Lake Michigan that looks like a hand:

1) Sheboygan brats, and you must eat them on a hard roll (which isn't really hard) from a local backery.

2) Hot Wisconsin Cheese from the stands at the state fair or county fair. Best thing I have ever tasted.

I feel like maybe once I tried a Sheboygan brat, but maybe I am making that up, because that likely only would have happened during our family reunion, and lord knows I was an even pickier eater back in my youth lol... I know for sure I have NOT had Hot Wisconsin Cheese, and that's a flat out crime. We need to fix that ASAP!
